Supports Future Talents
The Gwangju Hanmaeum Scholarship Foundation has awarded scholarships to children of Koryoin compatriots.
According to Koryoin Village on the 28th, the Hanmaeum Scholarship Foundation held a scholarship award ceremony the previous day at the Gwangju District Prosecutors' Office. Five children of Koryoin, recommended by Chanho Ma, Chair of the Multicultural Committee of the Youth Crime Prevention Committee, were selected.

The recipients are Denmarina, a student currently enrolled in the Nursing Department at Chonnam National University, and middle and high school students from Gwangju Saenal School under Koryoin Village. They were chosen based on academic achievement and growth potential.
A representative from the Hanmaeum Scholarship Foundation stated, "We will help ensure that they do not give up on their dreams despite difficult circumstances."
Denmarina said, "I want to study even harder and contribute to the local community."
The foundation plans to further expand its scholarship programs in the future.
