She Also Wrote on Her Blog:
"My Lips Touched His Neck"
Last year, a Japanese woman who gave a 'surprise kiss' to Jin (33, real name Kim Seok-jin), a member of the group BTS, was booked by the police on charges of sexual harassment.
On the 27th, the Songpa Police Station in Seoul announced that they had booked a Japanese woman in her 50s, identified as Ms. A, on charges of molestation in a crowded public place under the Sexual Violence Punishment Act and requested her appearance.
Earlier, Ms. A attended a 'hug event' with 1,000 fans at the Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium in Songpa-gu on June 13 last year, the day after Kim completed his military service, and kissed Kim on the cheek.
Kim showed an awkward and embarrassed expression, and Ms. A's actions sparked a 'sexual harassment controversy.' Ms. A also wrote on her blog, "My lips touched his neck. His skin was very soft."
Immediately after the incident, the police received a complaint from a netizen through the National Petition System, identified Ms. A through cooperation with Interpol Japan, and booked her last month. The police also requested Ms. A to appear, but she has not responded.
The police are reportedly considering investigating Kim as the victim in the case.
