Meritz Fire & Marine Insurance views the first step in protecting financial consumers as forming correct financial values and habits, and since 2009, it has operated economic and financial experiential learning and visiting financial classrooms targeting schools in rural and fishing villages.

Since 2015, it has actively participated in the One Company One School financial education program hosted by the Financial Supervisory Service, expanding the scope of education. It provides financial education that combines practical experience and learning.

Currently, it has established partnerships with 205 schools under the One Company One School program. Last year, it conducted various financial education programs such as visiting financial classrooms, elementary and secondary financial education musicals, free semester system programs, and special lectures for high school seniors after the college entrance exam, targeting a total of 89 schools and about 12,000 students.

It has focused on expanding financial education for vulnerable groups such as students in isolated areas and single mothers, and has made great efforts to increase educational satisfaction by operating differentiated experiential education programs in addition to basic visiting education. Notably, the 'Seoul Invitation Financial Camp' for rural elementary school students and the elementary and secondary financial musical programs received attention.

A Meritz Fire & Marine Insurance official said, "The One Company One School financial education is the first step toward protecting future financial consumers," adding, "We plan to strengthen experiential education programs to make financial education feel easier and more enjoyable, and to expand education programs for financially vulnerable groups."
