VT Cosmetic (hereinafter VT) announced on the 26th that it achieved cumulative consolidated sales of 431.7 billion KRW last year. This represents a 46% increase compared to the previous year's sales.
In particular, operating profit recorded a remarkable growth of 144% from 45.5 billion KRW last year to 110.9 billion KRW. This is the result of steady sales growth and efficient profitability management occurring simultaneously.
VT continues to expand its product lineup by channel, such as exclusively launching the new follow-up line ‘Hydrop Riddle Shot Line’ at Traders. A VT representative stated, “We believe that the increase in brand awareness in the global market and the effect of launching new products utilizing the principle of Riddle Shot contributed to the improvement in performance,” adding, “We plan to accelerate global market entry and diversify sales through channel-specific tailored strategies.”
The company plans to strengthen its position as a global brand by expanding the share of global markets including North America beyond its existing main markets of Korea and Japan, and by enhancing local customized product development and marketing.
A VT representative added, “We will continue our efforts as a comprehensive beauty company with the slogan ‘Pursuing principles that apply to everyone.’”
