On the 26th, major European stock markets all started on an upward trend.

The UK's FTSE index rose 0.66% from the previous trading day to 8,725.53, and Germany's DAX index increased 0.90% to 22,597.94.

France's CAC index also recorded a 0.59% rise, standing at 8,098.38.
