KCGI Operation Hosts 'Investment Stories with Fund Managers' Event

KCGI Asset Management is conducting a 'Investment Stories with Fund Managers' event touring provincial cities.

KCGI Asset Management announced on the 26th that, as part of strengthening communication with local customers, it will tour major cities nationwide starting with Ulsan on March 8th, holding events to interact with fund managers.

The tour events selected cities with high demand based on surveys conducted among local customers, and will first visit Ulsan, Gwangju, Cheonan, and Jeju in that order.

The first lecture will be held on the 8th of next month in Samsan-dong, Ulsan, where Kim Hong-seok, Head of Equity Management at KCGI Asset Management, will give a lecture on the topic "Outlook on the Korean Stock Market in 2025." There will also be time for free communication with customers. Events are planned for Gwangju, Jeollanam-do on the 22nd of next month, Cheonan City on April 5th, and Jeju City on April 19th.

A KCGI Asset Management official stated, "Among all direct sales customers, 46% reside outside Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, so we have been strengthening services mainly through non-face-to-face methods with those customers, but due to increasing demand for direct communication, we decided to hold visiting events." He added, "We plan to meet customers directly to address their questions about investments and the company," and "We will continue to communicate with local customers through more diverse events."

KCGI Asset Management operates a direct fund sales service for general customers. As of the previous day, the number of customers is approximately 200,000, and assets under custody amount to 882.4 billion KRW based on net asset value.
