Hana Bank Launches 'Benefit Notifier' Service on Mobile App Hana One Q

Hana Bank announced on the 26th that it will implement the 'Benefit Notifier' service on its mobile banking application, Hana One Q, which informs customers of personalized government benefits.

The 'Benefit Notifier' service, available on the Hana One Q app, is a public service provided by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety that analyzes individual eligibility criteria and guides citizens to tailored government benefits.

With the introduction of the 'Benefit Notifier' service linked to Hana One Q, Hana Bank customers can conveniently receive information on various government benefits offered by central ministries, local governments, public institutions, and education offices via mobile.

Additionally, customers can receive 'notifications' about public services that match their personal circumstances and eligibility among over 1,100 government benefits in four categories: youth, job seeking, childbirth, and moving. They can also handle 'applications' and 'result confirmations' all at once within Hana One Q.

For example, when a newborn's birth is registered, the system automatically detects it and utilizes resident registration and family relationship information held by administrative and public institutions to analyze residence and number of children. If the customer qualifies for the 'Birth Celebration Grant,' they will be guided to the service and can apply for it directly.

This service is available within the 'One Q Wallet' in Hana One Q. After registering as a member of Government24 and consenting to use the service, customers can enter their eligibility criteria to check and apply for personalized government benefits. With family service consent, family benefits can also be checked.

A representative from Hana Bank's Digital Channel Headquarters stated, "We have linked the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's 'Benefit Notifier' service to Hana One Q to ensure that our customers do not miss any government benefits. We will continue to expand differentiated lifestyle financial services and provide practical benefits centered on our customers."

Meanwhile, Hana Bank's mobile banking app Hana One Q continuously integrates various digital public services from the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, such as Government24 electronic certificates, National Secretary, and Hometown Love Donation, leading the way in expanding customer convenience in the public sector.
