HD Hyundai Infracore Cancels and Reduces Capital by Retiring 64,835 Treasury Shares

HD Hyundai Infracore announced on the 24th that it will reduce its capital by canceling 64,835 shares of common stock as treasury stock.

The par value per share is 1,000 KRW, and as a result of this capital reduction, the capital stock will decrease from 199.63453 billion KRW to 199.538618 billion KRW.

The number of issued shares will decrease from 192,655,867 common shares to 192,591,032 common shares. The reduction ratio is 0.03% of common stock.

The company stated regarding this capital reduction decision, "This is to enhance shareholder value by canceling treasury shares acquired during the 2021 spin-off merger with Doosan Enerbility," and added, "Since only the treasury shares held by the company will be voluntarily and gratuitously canceled, there will be no change in the number of shares owned by general shareholders, so there is no procedure for submitting old share certificates or issuing new share certificates."
