Mocoplex announced on the 24th that it will officially launch 'Curo,' an AI marketing solution combined with a table order service that enhances store operation efficiency for small business owners and franchises.
Curo is a solution that combines a QR code-based table order service with Mocoplex's AI-powered marketing service. It offers features such as ▲easy table ordering ▲point and stamp accumulation ▲review event registration ▲revisit notification messages, helping store owners automate their store operations.
In particular, Curo can be installed on the existing equipment infrastructure already owned by stores without the need to purchase or rent dedicated tablets or POS devices for table ordering. For stores that require equipment, it is offered at a reasonable price, about half the cost compared to existing options.
Mocoplex explained that after conducting a six-month pilot operation of Curo at stores located in Seoul, they confirmed effects such as a 32% increase in customer revisit rates compared to before implementation and sales conversion up to 34 times the amount of points spent on marketing costs.
Curo plans to enhance additional marketing functions within the year and expand its supply scope to offline stores in industries such as food and beverage, fashion, lifestyle, and lodging, as well as distribution, delivery specialty stores, leisure, and entertainment sectors seeking operational convenience and sales growth.
