Starting from Gyeongbuk on the 5th, the nationwide roadshow visits various regions to share practical cases such as response strategies to changes in the asset management market, customer-tailored financial product consulting, and ways to establish a culture of complete sales for investment products.
Especially this year, the core task is to establish a culture of complete sales to secure customer trust, focusing on a customer-centered consultation process that accurately reflects customer needs and provides sufficient information during financial product consultations.
