Starbucks provides an annual scholarship of 6 million KRW to all young talents until they graduate from university. It also operates various programs for young talents, such as youth leadership camps, mentoring programs, and community service activities.

At this year's "Homecoming Day," a graduation ceremony was held for young talents graduating from university, allowing seniors and juniors to support the graduates' new beginnings. Additionally, there was an "Open Forum with Seniors" for communication between graduates and current students, as well as group activities reflecting on 10 years of youth talent activities.

Chai Hyun, a 6th cohort young talent graduating this year, said, "The youth talent activities are the most special memories during my university life," adding, "Through the Starbucks internship, I gained a broader perspective." Starbucks CEO Son Jeong-hyun stated, "We are proud that young talents have established themselves as outstanding members of society spreading positive influence in their communities," and added, "We will continue to carry out various social contribution activities so that young people can plan their futures and take on challenges."

Meanwhile, Starbucks currently operates a total of nine profit-sharing stores called Community Stores. Among them, part of the profits from the first store, 'Daehakro Branch,' and the second store, 'Seongsu Station Branch,' are used to operate the Youth Talent Development Program. The funds Starbucks has donated to Green Umbrella to support youth growth amount to a cumulative total of 2.3 billion KRW as of February this year.
