"Prosecution Must Conduct a Thorough Investigation to Prevent Another Saengtaetang Incident"
The People Power Party has called for a thorough investigation into the so-called 'Myeong Taegyun allegations,' urging the prosecution to conduct a strict investigation into "the false agitation and political manipulation by political broker Myeong Taegyun."
On the 23rd, Kim Daesik, the senior floor spokesperson of the People Power Party, stated in a commentary, "To prevent political profiteers who confuse the public from gaining a foothold any longer, the truth of the political manipulation must be fully uncovered through an unreserved investigation," emphasizing this point.

Senior floor spokesperson Kim pointed out, "Recently, a political broker named Myeong Taegyun has been distorting the facts with indiscriminate disclosures and baseless claims," adding, "Myeong is merely a figure who lurked around election scenes as a local opinion poll broker, but now he is packaging himself as a political scapegoat and inciting political confusion through false disclosures."
He continued, "We urge a strict and swift investigation to prevent this from becoming a second Kim Daeup or Saengtaetang public opinion manipulation," and stressed, "The People Power Party will strongly respond to ensure that political manipulation and agitation never recur in South Korean politics."
