Support Declared for Kim Seokjun, Citing Achievements in Alternative Education Policies as Superintendent
Kim Seokjun: "I Will Provide Necessary Support for Stable Operation of Alternative Education Institutions"
On the 19th, the Busan Alternative School Association held a meeting at the election office of education superintendent candidate Kim Seok-jun, where representatives of alternative education institutions and parents in the Busan area attended. They discussed policies for the development of alternative education with candidate Kim and declared their support for him.
The attendees emphasized, "During his tenure as education superintendent, candidate Kim Seok-jun continuously communicated with alternative education institutions and promoted practical support policies for alternative education.
He also actively collaborated with Busan City and the City Council to establish a legal foundation for alternative education, creating an environment where Busan's alternative education institutions can operate more stably."
At the meeting, the Busan Alternative School Association proposed several policies to candidate Kim Seok-jun to improve the operation of alternative education institutions, including △expansion of financial support for alternative education institutions △budget support for elementary after-school care △expansion of the scope of educational electricity application △inclusion of safe school bus support targets.
In response, candidate Kim Seok-jun expressed his commitment, saying, "I will spare no necessary support to ensure that alternative education institutions can operate stably," and conveyed his intention to continuously communicate with parents and prepare practical support measures.
