Special Supply Applications Begin on the 19th
Lotte Construction announced on the 19th that 'Daejeon Lotte Castle The First,' being built in Gao-dong, Dong-gu, Daejeon, is now accepting applications.
Starting with special supply on this day, first-priority applications will be accepted on the 20th, and second-priority applications on the 21st. Winners will be announced on the 27th, and official contracts will be signed from the 10th to the 12th of next month.

This is the first Lotte Castle brand apartment introduced in Daejeon. Expectations were high even before the sale. Lotte Construction reported that many visitors came to the model house, which opened on the 14th, over the weekend.
The complex consists of 10 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 33 floors above ground, with a total of 952 households. The units are small to medium-sized, with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 74 square meters, which are preferred by actual buyers. High-end community facilities such as a sky lounge and sky guest house are also being introduced for the first time in Daejeon.
The general sale includes 394 units. The 59㎡ units are priced between 378.6 million and 412.6 million KRW, and the 74㎡ units are priced at 520.3 million KRW.
The down payment is 5% of the sale price. An initial payment of 10 million KRW is made first as the first installment, and the remainder is paid in the second installment.
A visitor who toured the model house said, "I had high expectations since this is the first Lotte Castle in Daejeon, and after visiting, I found the floor plans spacious and the storage spaces well designed," adding, "The high-end community facilities like the sky lounge were impressive."
Close to Panam IC and Namdaejeon IC, vehicle access is convenient, and Daejeon Station nearby allows easy use of KTX, SRT, and Subway Line 1. The opening of Daejeon Subway Line 2 (tram) is also scheduled for 2028.
Living facilities such as Homeplus, CGV cinema, and Daejeoncheon Citizen Suspension Park are nearby. Resident facilities including an indoor golf club, GX room, study room, book caf?, and kids' room will be built within the complex, along with a walking trail connected to the Citizen Suspension Park.
A Lotte Construction official said, "There are many inquiries since this is the first Lotte Castle in Daejeon," adding, "The location is good and the product competitiveness is high, so we expect good results from the subscription."
The model house is located in the Daeheung-dong area of Jung-gu, Daejeon, and the move-in date is scheduled for November 2027.
