According to the aviation industry on the 17th, Asiana Airlines made an error on the 7th when entering the fare as 'Economy Special' while selling business class special tickets for the Incheon-London round-trip route. As a result, tickets worth around 5 million KRW were sold for approximately 1.5 to 1.7 million KRW.

Asiana Airlines later confirmed the fare error during an internal review and apologized to passengers who purchased tickets at the incorrect fare, providing refund guidance.

If passengers wish to board business class, the fare will be recalculated and charged accordingly. If they do not agree to the fare recalculation or do not wish to board, a free refund will be provided.

Asiana Airlines explained that the tickets sold at the incorrect fare are valid for use after April, so there have been no cases of usage yet. The airline stated, "We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the pricing input error and will do our best to prevent recurrence."
