Busan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Chairman Yang Jae-saeng) held a business agreement ceremony on the 14th at the Busan Chamber of Commerce meeting room to establish a mutual cooperation system with Nam-gu, Busan.

The ceremony was attended by 14 people, including Yang Jae-saeng, Chairman of the Busan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Jeong Hyun-min, Executive Vice Chairman, Oh Eun-taek, Mayor of Nam-gu, and Kang Mina, Deputy Mayor of Nam-gu.


This agreement aims to establish a mutual cooperation system for △ discovering companies in need of business restructuring △ promoting business restructuring support briefings, publicity, and consulting, with the purpose of revitalizing local companies through business restructuring and activating the regional economy.


Since its opening in September last year as the first non-metropolitan area center, the Southeast Business Restructuring On-site Support Center, which is comprehensively operated by the Busan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, plans to focus the capabilities of both institutions on proactively improving the conditions of companies located in Nam-gu and preparing new growth engines.


Yang Jae-saeng, Chairman of the Busan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, said, “As the number of companies promoting business restructuring through the On-site Support Center increases, companies will create new added value, and the regional economy will be able to establish a foundation for sustainable growth.” He added, “I hope that today’s business agreement between the Busan Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Nam-gu will serve as an opportunity to promote innovation in local industries and inject new vitality into the Busan economy.”
