Up to 20 Million KRW Supported, Covering Up to 80% of Total Project Cost
Busan Gijang-gun (Governor Jeong Jong-bok) is implementing the ‘2025 Small-scale Multi-family Housing Support Project’ to provide repair costs for facilities in small-scale multi-family housing in the region.
This project was promoted based on the ‘Ordinance on Support for Small-scale Multi-family Housing in Gijang-gun, Busan Metropolitan City’ to improve residents' quality of life by creating a safe and pleasant residential environment.
The support targets small-scale multi-family housing that has passed more than five years, including multi-family houses, row houses, apartments, or mixed-use residential complexes with fewer than 300 households in commercial or quasi-residential areas, which have obtained building permits under Article 11 of the Building Act.
The supported projects include ▲ repair of roads, sidewalks, and security lights within the complex ▲ dredging and repair of sewage systems ▲ urgent repairs such as stone retaining walls, retaining walls, and cut slopes ▲ maintenance and repair of common areas such as apartment rooftops ▲ energy-saving projects for common facilities ▲ restoration projects necessary due to disasters and accidents ▲ installation of CCTV for security. Support is available up to 20 million KRW within 80% of the total project cost, and the support amount may be reduced or excluded depending on the application details, number of cases, and other circumstances.
Small-scale multi-family housing management entities wishing to apply for support should submit the application form and required documents to the Gijang-gun Architecture Division by February 28. The county plans to conduct on-site inspections in March and decide on the support targets and amounts through the Multi-family Housing Management Deliberation Committee in April before officially starting the project.
Governor Jeong Jong-bok said, “This project will greatly help improve the living environment of small-scale multi-family housing, which is relatively difficult to manage compared to large apartment complexes,” and added, “We will promote various support measures so that residents can enjoy a healthier life in a safer and more pleasant residential environment.”
