CP (Compliance Program) is an internal compliance system that companies independently introduce and operate to comply with fair trade-related laws and regulations. It is a system introduced by the Korea Fair Trade Commission in 2001.
At this declaration ceremony, Yoonho Kang, CEO of DL Construction, officially declared the commitment to practicing fair trade compliance by reading the compliance message. In addition, outstanding organizations and individuals who contributed to spreading the CP culture were selected and awarded, encouraging employees to participate in compliance voluntarily.
DL Construction has adopted and is operating the eight key components of the CP system from the Korea Fair Trade Commission (establishment of standards and procedures, declaration of top management’s commitment, appointment of compliance officers, operation of education programs, establishment of pre-monitoring systems, incentive and sanction systems, evaluation and improvement of program effectiveness).
CEO Yoonho Kang stated, “We will spare no support to ensure that the practice of fair trade compliance is reflected in business goals and operated in practice.”
Meanwhile, DL Group operates the CP system at the group level for transparent corporate management, and in December last year, DL Co., Ltd., Daelim Co., Ltd., DL E&C, and DL Construction received the CP grade evaluation excellence award (AA grade) from the Korea Fair Trade Commission.
