The nationwide morning low temperatures are forecasted to range from -6 to 2 degrees Celsius, with daytime highs between 7 and 12 degrees Celsius. The daytime high in Seoul is expected to rise up to 10 degrees Celsius.

Fine dust levels are expected to be 'moderate' across all regions, but the Seoul metropolitan area, Sejong, Chungbuk, and Chungnam are likely to experience 'bad' levels at night.
