Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province and the Jeonbuk Youth Hub Center (Jeonbuk Center for Creative Economy & Innovation) are recruiting participants for the 'Youth Employment Support Package' program.
According to the province on the 12th, this program is being promoted as part of the 2025 Youth Participatory Budget, which reflects policies proposed and supported by young people themselves in the budget. It provides support items that offer practical assistance during the job search process.
The eligible applicants are young people aged 18 to 39 residing in Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province. They can receive support for interview expenses, interview suit rental fees, interview photo fees, and certification exam fees.
Interview expenses and interview suit rental fees are supported up to 50,000 KRW per session for a maximum of two times, regardless of whether the applicant passes the interview. Interview photo fees are supported up to 20,000 KRW.
Certification exam fees are supported up to 50,000 KRW per session for a maximum of two times, regardless of the exam result, as long as the exam is actually taken in 2025. Eligible exams include language tests, Korean History Proficiency Test, national technical qualifications, national professional qualifications, and nationally recognized private qualifications.
Applications can be submitted on the Jeonbuk Youth Hub Center website, and further details can be inquired at the Jeonbuk Youth Hub Center.
Lee Jungwoo, director of the Provincial Population and Youth Policy Division, said, "As the policies planned directly by young people through the Youth Participatory Budget are being implemented, I hope this will provide practical help to those preparing for employment. We will continue to actively reflect the voices of young people and expand policies that support employment and stability in daily life."
