New Features Added for Utilizing Discount Benefits
Daesang announced on the 11th that it has revamped the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of its official online mall, Jeongwon e-Shop, to enhance customer convenience.
First, the screen layout was customized for users. Menus and content frequently used by customers were placed prominently to improve accessibility, and the number of featured products was more than doubled compared to before, allowing consumers to explore a wider variety of products. Additionally, the placement of promotions, coupon information, and LiveON was moved to the top so that customers can intuitively check the abundant benefits of Jeongwon e-Shop.
Functions were also added to help customers more easily recognize and utilize discount benefits. On product pages, the maximum discount amount available through various promotions and coupons is clearly displayed, and the shopping cart provides information on the amount needed to qualify for free shipping, enabling rational purchasing decisions. Furthermore, a feature to instantly download discount coupons on product pages was added, and the benefits of reward points were emphasized to facilitate value-oriented shopping.
Moreover, a design overhaul reflecting the brand identity was carried out. The design was unified using the seven colors of the Daesang Group CI, and representative colors of each brand, such as Jongga and Chungjungwon, were used on product pages to strengthen brand identity. Overall, a rounded design was applied to highlight a soft and friendly image, and the main page effectively showcased various brands of the Daesang Group, providing customers with natural opportunities to experience the brands.
