Up to 3 Million KRW for Job Seekers
Participating Companies Can Receive Up to 8 Million KRW per Person
Haenam County, Jeonnam (Governor Myeong Hyun-gwan) is recruiting companies to participate in the 2025 Hope Job Incentive Support Project for the New Middle-aged.
According to the county on the 10th, the Hope Job for the New Middle-aged is an employment project targeting job seekers aged 46 to 69. Through this support project, job seekers can receive up to 3 million KRW in employment incentives for 10 months, and companies can receive up to 5 million KRW.
Eligible companies are small and medium-sized enterprises located in Haenam County with 5 to less than 300 regular employees, and any company capable of paying at least the minimum wage can apply. After selecting the participating companies, the county plans to recruit participants for the project.
Companies wishing to participate in this project can fill out the application form and required documents on the Haenam County website and submit them in person to the Job Creation Team of the Economic and Industrial Division by the 21st, or apply online via the responsible staff's email.
A county official stated, "Through this project, we will do our best to promote job creation in the region, help resolve the recruitment difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises, and contribute to the development of the local economy by utilizing the experience of the middle-aged."
