Anyone Aged 18 or Older Can Apply Regardless of Residence
Mokpo City, Jeonnam (Mayor Park Hongryul) is recruiting 420 volunteers to successfully lead the 2025 National Sports for All Festival.
According to the city, applications will be accepted for 15 days from the 10th to the 24th. Anyone aged 18 or older, regardless of residence, can apply by completing the required registration process on the 1365 Portal System and opening a bank account in their own name to receive reimbursement for activity expenses.
Selected volunteers will participate in job training and an inauguration ceremony, and during the festival, they will engage in various activities such as supporting event operations, providing guidance at venues, assisting with opening and closing ceremonies, volunteering for transportation and beverage services, and operating the general situation room.
Mayor Park Hongryul stated, "The unsung heroes who promoted Mokpo nationwide and internationally by hosting four major sports events, starting with the 2023 National Sports Festival and including the 2024 National Youth Sports Festival, were the volunteers. I ask for the participation of many people so that the National Sports for All Festival can also be a successful event through kindness and volunteerism."
