Classting announced on the 10th that CEO Lee Chaerin attended the Korea Top CEO Forum hosted by the Korea Employers Federation as a speaker and gave a lecture titled "Innovation of the Future Opened by AI: Lead or Follow."
The Korea Top CEO Forum is an event hosted by the Korea Employers Federation and the National Federation of Local Employers Associations, supported by the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the Ministry of Employment and Labor, and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. This forum was an opportunity to review strategies to respond to changes in the domestic and international business environment and strengthen the future competitiveness of companies under the theme "Driving Innovation in an Era of Extreme Uncertainty."

In her lecture, CEO Lee highlighted the implications related to the core competencies in the human resources (HR) field and cases of transitioning to a global Skill-Based Organization (SBO) at a time when artificial intelligence (AI) has become central to business operation innovation, and explained the changes AI brings to the corporate environment.
She mentioned that with the rapid development of AI, the HR field is regarded as a key area expected to have significant cost-saving effects. She noted that in the recent era of uncertainty, the concept of "skills," which systematically manages employees' work capabilities worldwide, is gaining attention, and with AI advancements, skill-based HR has entered a full-fledged practical stage.
Along with this, she introduced how Classting supports the transition to skill-based HR using AI technology, stating that the company currently provides platforms for managing organizational and individual skills to operate skill-based HR in various companies.
CEO Lee said, "Classting utilizes LLM-based AI technology to automate job analysis and skill definition tasks, generates highly explanatory questions during evaluation and diagnosis processes to build a reliable HR system, and supports organizational and individual skill management platforms for convenient operation," adding, "Currently, many companies are being assisted in leading the transition to skill-based HR."
