Uijeongbu City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Kim Dong-geun) announced on the 10th that the Uijeongbu City Childcare Support Center (Director Cho Sang-won) hosted the 2025 Childcare Staff Healing Concert titled "You Who Shine Like Starlight" on the 7th.

The event, held in the main auditorium on the 2nd floor of the Uijeongbu City Childcare Support Center, was organized to encourage the hard work of childcare staff and relieve job-related stress.
With over 150 childcare staff members attending, along with the mayor, city council chairman, and city council members, comedian Jo Seung-hee shared her hardships and rewarding experiences in a humorous and touching manner, receiving great applause.
Mayor Kim Dong-geun held a talk concert with the childcare staff to listen to their voices from the field and sincerely communicate with them. He especially expressed deep gratitude for the efforts of childcare teachers and once again emphasized the importance of the childcare field and the role of childcare staff.
The childcare staff said, "Through this healing concert, we were able to relieve stress and reaffirm our pride as childcare teachers," adding, "We will strive even harder so that children can grow up happy and healthy."
Mayor Kim Dong-geun stated, "This healing concert was an opportunity to deliver messages of thanks and support to the childcare staff, who are the first teachers of our children," and added, "We will continue to do our best to create a happy childcare environment where childcare teachers can feel proud."
