Business Agreement to Advance Job Support Programs Using AI
IBK Industrial Bank of Korea and Lutton Technologies Collaborate to Enhance Employment Services for SMEs
IBK Industrial Bank of Korea has partnered with AI service platform company Lutton Technologies to enhance its job support program for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). They plan to use generative AI to strengthen job seekers' employment capabilities and promote job opportunities.

On the 6th, IBK Industrial Bank of Korea announced on the 7th that it signed a business agreement with Lutton at the IBK Finesta Tower in Euljiro, Jung-gu, Seoul, to advance the AI-based job support project.
Through the agreement, the two organizations will collaborate on providing generative AI programs, supporting SME job initiatives, and promoting related activities.
IBK plans to actively support job seekers' employment capabilities by establishing the Lutton chatbot service and a dedicated section on the SME-specialized recruitment portal 'i-ONE JOB.'
Lee Geon-hong, Vice President of IBK Industrial Bank of Korea's Corporate Customer Group, said, "We hope this agreement will be a driving force in advancing AI-based job support projects. We will continue to support SMEs in hiring talented personnel and growing."
Lee Se-young, CEO of Lutton, stated, "We will do our best to help job seekers gain better employment opportunities by utilizing AI technology."
