"We Will Support Tenant Companies in Industrial Complexes with DX and AX"
On the 6th, the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation visited the Gasan AI Data Center in Seoul to check the operation status of data centers within industrial complexes and explore ways to provide artificial intelligence (AI) services to tenant companies using these facilities.
The Gasan AI Data Center, which began operation in December last year, has established high-density graphics processing unit (GPU) servers by SK Telecom and is providing the AI cloud service called 'SKU GPUaaS.'

The Korea Industrial Complex Corporation is reviewing plans to support the concentration and startup promotion of related companies by integrating low-power data centers within regional industrial complexes and attracting AI data centers, aiming to advance industrial complexes as a forward base for AI Transformation (AX).
Lee Sang-hoon, President of the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation, stated, "We will utilize data centers within industrial complexes to promote digital transformation and AX for tenant companies, and through linkage with related upstream and downstream industries, we will strive to build and expand AI infrastructure nationwide."
