Read 200,000 E-books for Free at Gwangju Public Library

Kumho Lifelong Education Center Launches Subscription-Based E-Book Service
Up to 30 Books per Person per Month, 15-Day Loan Period

Kumho Lifelong Education Center announced on the 6th that it will provide a subscription-based e-book service for users of the five public libraries under the Gwangju Office of Education.

This service allows users to freely access new books and more on their PC, smartphone, or tablet without time or location restrictions.


Citizens who wish to use the service must register on the Integrated Library website of the City Office of Education and verify their Gwangju citizenship electronically.


After registration, users can access over 200,000 books for free on platforms such as Kyobo Bookstore and Bookers. Each person can borrow up to 30 books per month for a period of 15 days.
