Gyeonggi-do Icheon City is offering a 50% discount on the usage fee of the Wood Culture Experience Center to expand on-site experience opportunities for children and adolescents during the winter vacation.
The discount period is from the 14th to the 28th. Children and adolescents under the age of 20 are eligible for the discount.
The Wood Culture Experience Center located at 46 Gongwon-ro, Moga-myeon, Icheon City is equipped with a DIY education room and a wood exhibition room, allowing anyone to create various small items by themselves. To accommodate different skill levels, it is organized into three classes: beginner, intermediate, and adult.
Kim Kyung-hee, mayor of Icheon City, said, "Through this discount event, I hope children and adolescents can easily access wood and have creative experiences," adding, "We will continue to contribute to the spread of wood culture through various programs."
