Inviting Expert Instructors
Training Includes CPR and First Aid
Seo-gu District of Gwangju (District Mayor Kim Ikang) announced on the 4th that it conducted a safety education session for participants of the '2025 First Half Financially Supported Job Program' at Deulbul Hall on the 2nd floor of the district office on the 3rd.
This training was conducted with the invitation of expert instructors from Seobu Fire Station and Gwangju Women's Family Foundation (Maeumsanchaek Psychological Counseling Center), focusing on hands-on education through real-life cases, including ▲ CPR and first aid ▲ gender equality culture ▲ gender sensitivity and the importance of gender equality. About 90 people attended the session.

A district official stated, "This training was prepared to enhance workers' ability to respond in emergency situations," and added, "We will continue to pay close attention and do our best to discover quality jobs that can provide practical help for the stability of residents' lives."
Meanwhile, the Financially Supported Job Program is a project that provides jobs for vulnerable groups within Seo-gu District to help stabilize their livelihoods. It consists of 39 projects, including support for mobile laundry services and road safety guardians.
