Even after the holiday, the county plans to allocate reserve funds and other resources to provide support worth 6.9 billion KRW across 20 sectors to stabilize the overall livelihoods of the local community. This support covers a wide range of groups, from small business owners, who have been hit hard by the economic downturn caused by increased political uncertainty, to tourism industry workers and socially vulnerable groups.

Specifically, 790 million KRW will be allocated to support the issuance of local gift certificates, 1.125 billion KRW for senior citizen happiness voucher cards, 600 million KRW for food expenses at senior centers, 100 million KRW for small business guarantee fee support, and 540 million KRW for labor-saving agricultural materials, totaling 6.3 billion KRW across 15 sectors.

In addition, in line with Jeollanam-do's "Emergency Livelihood Stabilization Measures," 600 million KRW will be provided across five areas, including winter heating cost support for low-income elderly, emergency support for public utility charges to help restaurants, and emergency promotional marketing support for local travel agencies.

Kim Youngjoong, Director of Planning and Budget, said, "We will allocate appropriate budgets where they are most needed to stabilize livelihoods and revitalize the local economy. In the economy, the expectation that things will get better for everyone is important," adding, "We will do our utmost to support all residents in coming together to boost the local economy."
