The Jinju Service Center has a total floor area of 498.2㎡ and consists of three above-ground floors, equipped with four work bays and the latest facilities. It can service up to 15 vehicles per day. The customer-exclusive lounge provides a comfortable environment and high-quality service during waiting times, which is expected to greatly enhance customer satisfaction for service center users.
The Audi Jinju Service Center operates from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays. To commemorate the opening of the service center, Audi plans to give an Audi umbrella to customers who receive paid repairs until the end of March.
Audi Korea offers various notification services to improve customer satisfaction, such as service reminders via text message before the expiration of the Extended Service Package (ESP), and repair progress updates via text message for vehicles under service. The ESP can also be purchased through the 'MyAudiWorld' app without visiting the service center.
Steve Klotty, CEO of Audi Korea, stated, "The service center is an important customer touchpoint where customers can continuously experience the premium Audi brand after purchasing a vehicle," adding, "We will prioritize customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships by strengthening our network and service quality."
