Honam University (President Park Sangcheol) signed a business agreement with the Gwangju City Park Golf Association (President Lee Yongbeom) on the 16th to promote the popularization of park golf and the development of the sports industry.

The signing ceremony, held in the Academic Affairs Committee Room on the 3rd floor of the main building, was attended by President Park Sangcheol, Dean Cho Gyujeong of the College of Culture, Arts and Sports, Dean Choi Younghwa of Dream Life College, Special Professor Yang Seunghak of the Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation, Professor Jeong Namju, Head of the Department of Sports and Leisure, Lee Yongbeom, President of the Gwangju Metropolitan City Park Golf Association, Executive Director Shin Youngyong, Competition Committee Chairman Pyeon Muhan, and Competition Committee Member Kim Sangdon.

With this agreement, the two organizations agreed to actively cooperate in providing park golf education programs, offering technical consulting, conducting basic and advanced park golf skill training, and supporting educational venues and equipment.
