Kim Jong-ho, the newly appointed president of the Korea Association of Certified Realtors, officially began his duties on the 15th. His term is three years.
President Kim started his official work by receiving a business report. He expressed his ambition to approach his duties with the vision of "Achievement, Growth, and Maturity" to regain love and trust from the public and to enhance social value.
President Kim has over 20 years of experience in real estate brokerage, having opened a certified realtor office in 2001. He began his career as the head of the Mapo-gu branch of the Seoul Northern District chapter, served as the 10th delegate, the 11th and 12th chapter president, and the 13th president of the Seoul Northern District Association. He was elected as the 14th association president last month through a member direct election.
During his term, President Kim will carry out association duties aimed at revitalizing a transparent real estate transaction market, including the association’s mutual aid and education projects, protection of certified realtor rights, and prevention of brokerage accidents.
