The Seosan Office of Education in Chungnam announced on the 14th that it has been selected as an excellent institution in the 2024 Civil Complaint Handling Institution Evaluation, hosted by the Chungcheongnam-do Office of Education.
The selection of excellent institutions for civil complaint handling in 2024 was conducted among 32 affiliated institutions and departments of the Chungcheongnam-do Office of Education.
The evaluation was based on five criteria, including satisfaction with civil complaint handling, speed of processing, and efforts to improve dissatisfied complaints, among cases processed through the National Petition Portal over the past year. The Seosan Office of Education achieved outstanding results across these categories and was selected as an excellent institution.
Superintendent Sung Kidong stated, "I find it very meaningful that we were selected as an excellent institution among 32 organizations in the province in the 2024 Civil Complaint Handling Institution Evaluation hosted by the Chungnam Office of Education," and added, "We will continue to improve our civil complaint services and do our best to provide educational administration that develops through communication with local residents."
