Evaluation of 554 Local Governments and Institutions... Meeting 'Citizen's Right to Know' and Compliance with Procedures
Chuncheon City, Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province (Mayor Yuk Dong-han) announced on the 7th that it received the 'Highest' grade in the comprehensive information disclosure evaluation conducted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.
According to Chuncheon City, on the 7th, the Ministry of the Interior and Safety announced the '2024 Comprehensive Information Disclosure Evaluation Results' targeting 554 institutions including central administrative agencies, local governments, and public institutions.

As a result of the evaluation, Chuncheon City received a score of 96.3 in five areas: ▲Pre-disclosure of information ▲Disclosure of original documents ▲Processing of information disclosure requests ▲Customer management ▲System operation.
This is evaluated as fulfilling citizens' right to know and complying with appropriate information disclosure operation procedures.
Park Eun-hee, head of the General Affairs Division of Chuncheon City, said, “We will continue to operate information disclosure by adhering to appropriate procedures for the citizens' right to know.”
Meanwhile, Chuncheon City also achieved first place in Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province with a perfect score of 100 in the information disclosure operation status inspection conducted by Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province in December 2024.
