Governor Lee emphasized, "It is more important than ever to establish sector-specific measures to revitalize the local economy and stabilize the livelihoods of residents in these unpredictable times," and requested, "Please focus your efforts on resolving civil complaints and maintaining stable county administration."

He also stressed, "Please actively promote various county initiatives, including revitalizing the use of the small cinema, pilot operation of rural buses passing through Damyang Market, the Santa Festival, and the expansion of the Hometown Love Donation Program's upper limit starting next year."
