‘100-Day Love Relay Baton Passing’ Participation
Donation of 700,000 Won in Onnuri Gift Certificates for Low-Income Families
Uijeongbu City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Kim Dong-geun) announced on the 16th that the Uijeongbu branch of the National Health Insurance Service (Branch Manager Jin Yoon-hee) participated in the ‘100-Day Love Relay Baton Passing’ by donating 700,000 won worth of Onnuri gift certificates for low-income households.

The National Health Insurance Service is promoting the ‘Sky Bandage’ support project, which symbolizes shining hope and attaching health to places in need with a heartfelt sky-blue spirit. Through this, they continue social contribution activities such as sponsoring Senior Citizens Day for the local community and supporting low-income childcare product boxes.
Branch Manager Jin Yoon-hee said, “I am pleased to participate in Uijeongbu City’s ‘100-Day Love Relay Baton Passing’ and will continue to work with Uijeongbu City to care for neighbors in need within the district.”
Mayor Kim Dong-geun expressed gratitude, saying, “I thank the Uijeongbu branch of the National Health Insurance Service for thinking of neighbors in need and participating in donations despite the busy year-end and New Year season,” and added, “The Onnuri gift certificates you provided will be properly delivered to low-income households in the district.”
Meanwhile, the city is conducting the ‘100-Day Love Relay Baton Passing’ fundraising campaign from October 21 to January 28 of next year. The collected cash and goods will be linked with the Community Chest to support low-income residents of Uijeongbu City.
