Shindong-A Construction and Moa General Construction will open the model house for ‘Godeok International New City Miraedo Familier’ in Godeok New City, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do on the 13th and begin sales.
Godeok International New City Miraedo Familier will be developed in the Godeok-dong area of Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do (Godeok Residential Development District A-50 Block) with 10 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 23 above-ground floors, totaling 642 households with exclusive areas of 84 and 99㎡. The number of households by exclusive area is 262 units of 84㎡A, 145 units of 84㎡B, and 235 units of 99㎡.
A total of 461 households have been allocated for the main subscription, including households arising from disqualified winners in the preliminary subscription and those who gave up their preliminary winning rights. In the preliminary subscription held in 2022, 15,741 applicants competed for 324 households (excluding special supply). The average competition rate recorded was 48.5 to 1.
The subscription schedule starts with special supply on the 16th, followed by first priority on the 17th, and second priority on the 18th. Winners will be announced on the 24th, and contracts will be signed from January 6 to 8 next year.
This complex is an apartment located in a public housing site district and is subject to the price ceiling system. Nationwide subscription is possible from the first priority. Anyone aged 19 or older who owns a subscription savings account can apply. Fifty percent of the units will be supplied to residents nationwide. The interest-free benefit on intermediate payments helps reduce the initial financial burden of purchasing a home.
The Edu Town in Godeok International New City, where the complex is located, is an education-specialized zone planned to attract high-quality educational institutions. Educational facilities such as international schools and numerous elementary, middle, and high schools will be established. There is a planned site for elementary, middle, and high schools right next to the complex, and it is also close to the planned international school, academy district, and library.
Near the complex are Seojeong-ri Station and Pyeongtaek Jije Station on Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 1. Pyeongtaek Jije Station currently operates SRT. Extensions of the Suwon-origin KTX and GTX-A and C lines are also being promoted. A BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) station circulating Godeok International New City is planned near the complex. It is close to Pyeongtaek Godeok IC, making access to the Pyeongtaek-Jecheon Expressway convenient.
The complex is adjacent to commercial land where convenience facilities such as hospitals and clinics will be developed. Large distribution facilities such as Homeplus and Costco (planned) are also nearby. Green spaces such as Saesol Neighborhood Park, Godeok Waterfront Park No. 5, Hambaksan Central Park, and Baramsan are located near the complex. Move-in is scheduled for September 2025.
Godeok International New City is home to the world’s largest semiconductor production base, the ‘Samsung Semiconductor Pyeongtaek Campus.’ In particular, a knowledge-based advanced industrial cluster closely linked with Samsung Semiconductor, the ‘Godeok R&D Technovalley,’ will also be established nearby in the future.
The complex is designed with all households facing south to maximize natural light and openness. Various community facilities such as a central plaza, daycare center, fitness center, senior citizens’ center, and golf practice range will be provided within the complex. Move-in is scheduled for September 2025.
