Hantoo Asset Management's ACE Overseas Equity Active ETF Combined Net Assets Surpass 1 Trillion Won

Korea Investment Trust Management announced on the 12th that the combined net asset value of eight ACE overseas equity active exchange-traded funds (ETFs) has surpassed 1 trillion KRW.

According to the Korea Exchange, the combined net asset value of the eight ACE overseas equity active ETFs reached 1.0071 trillion KRW on the 6th, marking the first time it exceeded 1 trillion KRW. As of the closing price on the 11th, the combined net asset value was recorded at 1.0638 trillion KRW. This accounts for a 44.23% market share of the 37 domestically listed overseas equity active ETFs. Considering that it surpassed 500 billion KRW on June 20 with 516.7 billion KRW, it increased by approximately 105.88% in about six months.

The eight ACE overseas equity active ETFs consist of ▲ ACE Tesla Value Chain Active ▲ ACE Nvidia Value Chain Active ▲ ACE G2 Electric Vehicle & Autonomous Driving Active ▲ ACE Microsoft Value Chain Active ▲ ACE India Consumer Power Active ▲ ACE Google Value Chain Active ▲ ACE India Market Representative BIG5 Group Active ▲ ACE Global Metaverse Tech Active.

The rapid growth in net assets is attributed to excellent performance and interest from individual investors. The average returns of the ACE overseas equity active ETFs over 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year were 27.75%, 25.38%, and 51.41%, respectively. In particular, the ACE Tesla Value Chain Active ETF recorded returns of 69.72% and 78.62% over 3 months and 6 months, respectively, ranking first among all ETFs listed domestically.

Supported by strong performance, individual investor interest continued. Among the eight ETFs, the ACE Tesla Value Chain Active ETF recorded net individual purchases of 154.9 billion KRW since the beginning of the year, ranking first among all equity active ETFs. The ACE Nvidia Value Chain Active ETF also attracted 87.4 billion KRW in individual funds, placing second.

The ‘Value Chain Active ETF’ series, which invests by analyzing the value chains of individual stocks, has been highly favored by individual investors this year due to its differentiated product characteristics."
