On the 12th, the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA) announced that since the afternoon of the previous day, a large volume of hacking emails disguised as sharing information related to 'martial law' have been widely distributed, requiring vigilance.

Clicking on these hacking emails may lead to the installation of malicious programs or access to harmful websites, resulting in the theft of personal information and business information of companies (institutions), or the expansion of successive cyber intrusion incidents.

If you receive an email containing social issues such as 'martial law,' you should accurately verify the sender's email address. Refrain from opening or downloading attachments, and be cautious of links in the email body that prompt you to click.

Detailed information on caution regarding hacking emails and user response measures can be found on the BohoNara website (homepage).
