Kim Young-hwan, Secretary General of the Win-Win Cooperation Foundation, stated, "As win-win cooperation policies are important for economic growth, resolving polarization, and job creation, the Win-Win Cooperation Foundation will contribute to the people and the national economy as a central platform for cooperation among large, small and medium enterprises, and agriculture and fishery sectors."

The Win-Win Cooperation Foundation established a fund for cooperation between large and small-medium enterprises to support strengthening the technological capabilities and productivity of small and medium enterprises, and promoted various projects to revitalize rural areas through the agriculture-fishery fund. In addition, it has faithfully fulfilled its role as a dedicated institution to spread a culture of win-win cooperation through systems such as the win-win payment system, performance-sharing system, and activation of joint overseas expansion between large and small-medium enterprises.

A representative of the Win-Win Cooperation Foundation said, "In response to the changing policy environment, we plan to discover various projects reflecting the expansion of the scope of win-win cooperation participants, market-expanding and deregulated win-win cooperation policy activation, and paradigm shifts in win-win cooperation according to economic superiority and inferiority relationships, and to make greater efforts so that the culture of win-win cooperation can be easily felt."
