Naver Cloud announced on the 5th the launch of 'NCLUE,' a customer analysis and marketing support product based on the hyper-large artificial intelligence (AI) 'HyperCLOVA X.'

NCLUE is a product that offers an AI model trained on the behavioral data of tens of millions of Naver users as Software as a Service (SaaS). When companies input their own data into the NCLUE model, a unique NCLUE feature is generated. By utilizing the generated features, companies can predict customer behavior, perform profiling, and gain various marketing insights.
Naver Cloud explained, "In this process, the data entered by companies is neither retrained nor shared with other companies," adding, "The advantage of NCLUE is that target marketing can be conducted safely without privacy issues."
Before its launch, NCLUE completed effectiveness verification through technology research that integrates LG Electronics' smart home specialized user behavior model (LEAD). LG Electronics expanded existing customer profiling and improved the accuracy of behavior prediction by fusing smart home behaviors with the NCLUE model, which had learned behaviors such as searches on Naver. In addition to Naver, the model was applied to target marketing by Meta, Google, and others, achieving advertising click-through rates (CTR) up to 2.5 times higher.
Naver Cloud plans to enhance convenience for companies by linking Naver Display Ads within the NCLUE service.
