The committee meeting was attended by eight members, including Chairman Lim Tae-hyuk (Judge of Uijeongbu District Court, Pocheon Branch Court), who reviewed and resolved the boundary setting for a total of 568 land parcels (234,004㎡) in the 'Uncheon 5 District.'
The Uncheon 5 District is an area where boundary disputes between neighbors occurred due to indiscriminate construction activities in the past, causing many restrictions on the exercise of property rights. The city set the boundaries by reflecting the actual usage status and collecting opinions from landowners through on-site inspections.
The boundaries decided at this committee meeting will be notified to landowners and stakeholders and will be finalized after a 60-day objection period. Subsequently, follow-up procedures such as creating new cadastral records, registration requests, and calculating adjustment payments through appraisals for lands with area increases or decreases will proceed.
A Pocheon City official said, “We express our gratitude to the citizens who cooperated to ensure the smooth progress of the cadastral resurvey project. We also ask for active interest and cooperation regarding the 2025 project districts of Ugum, Gisan 2, and Uncheon 6 Districts.”
