The Changwon District Prosecutors' Office in Gyeongnam has been conducting a search and seizure at the Gyeongnam Provincial Office and Changwon Special City Hall since around 9:30 a.m. on the 29th.

This search and seizure is understood to be related to allegations of interference in the selection of the candidate site for the Changwon 2nd National Industrial Complex, involving Myung Taekyun, a key figure under detention for investigation on suspicions of meddling in candidate nominations.
