Medit, a provider of 3D scanning solutions including oral scanners, and 3Shape, a global digital dentistry company, have agreed to withdraw all U.S. patent infringement and patent invalidity lawsuits filed by both parties.
Medit announced on the 25th that it recently reached a settlement to end the litigation with 3Shape. Hanjoon Ryu, CEO of Medit, said, "We are pleased to have reached an agreement to conclude the lawsuit with 3Shape," adding, "Medit will continue to devote its best efforts to technological innovation and product development for customers, sales partners, and ultimately everyone interested in digital dentistry."
