Ham Jin-gyu, President of Korea Expressway Corporation, Holds Book Concert to Communicate with Employees Through Books

Korea Expressway Corporation announced on the 22nd that it held a 'Book Concert with the CEO and Reading Mentors' at its headquarters in Gimcheon on the 21st.

This event was planned to allow the CEO and reading mentors to freely share their reading experiences and know-how with employees, and to foster a healthy reading culture through building empathy between management and staff.


The book concert was conducted in the form of a story classic performance, a dialogue on the CEO's reading philosophy, and lectures and Q&A sessions by reading mentors on the benefits of reading, reading and healing, and reading and learning/growth. It was produced as an in-house video for all employees to watch.


Ham Jin-gyu, President of Korea Expressway Corporation, had an honest conversation with employees on his usual reading management philosophy under the theme "Reading Employees, Growing Company." His philosophy is that creating a reading environment and spreading the culture can promote growth for both individuals and organizations.


President Ham said, "Fostering a reading culture has great significance in improving organizational atmosphere and growth," adding, "Through reading management, I will continue to communicate with employees and strive to enhance organizational capabilities to bring about vibrant innovation."
