Emons Ranks No.1 for 13 Consecutive Years in Korea Quality Satisfaction Index... "Committed to Customer Satisfaction"

Achieves Highest Score in Home Furniture Category

Emons announced on the 19th that it has been selected as the number one company in the home furniture category of the '2024 Korea Quality Satisfaction Index (KS-QEI)' for 13 consecutive years.

The Korea Quality Satisfaction Index is a quality measurement model jointly developed by the Korea Standards Association and the Korean Society for Quality Management, reflecting customer satisfaction and product characteristics for products and services. It is a comprehensive quality satisfaction indicator evaluated by consumers and experts on customer satisfaction and quality excellence of the company's products.


This year, a total of 388 companies participated across 119 categories in the Korea Quality Satisfaction Index. The evaluation was conducted by 77,000 consumers and experts with experience using the products and services, who assessed both functional quality and emotional quality. Through this process, Emons achieved the highest score in the home furniture category, securing the number one position for 13 consecutive years.


An Emons representative stated, "Being selected as the number one company in the Korea Quality Satisfaction Index for 13 consecutive years is especially meaningful as it is an award directly chosen by consumers and experts who have experience using Emons products," adding, "We will continue to do our best to enhance product and service quality to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable management."


Emons is focusing on delivering the brand message "Every Moment, Every Space" to consumers. Under the slogan "So that the space where you stay the longest can be your best moment," it offers products such as the Roundel 4-seater leather sofa, Pauline low-profile bed frame set, and Valentine tea table. Additionally, Emons has received the Presidential Award for achieving five consecutive medals at the International Skills Olympics.
