They continued, "Oh Hee-ok's family, from Wonsam-myeon, Cheoin-gu, Yongin City, devoted themselves to the independence movement for three generations, including her grandfather, father, mother, older sister, and brother-in-law," and emphasized, "Under the Yoon Seok-yeol administration, where the independence movement is being belittled and history is regressing, the lives of Oh Hee-ok and her family, who devoted themselves to the independence movement, provide great enlightenment to future generations."
In particular, they added, "Oh Hee-ok passed away after a long and painful battle with illness in the hospital due to her advanced age," and "Honoring the will of the patriots, completely eradicating colonial remnants and pro-Japanese forces and establishing history correctly is the only way for Oh Hee-ok and her family to rest in peace."
