HL D&I Hanla Secures Orders Worth 440.5 Billion KRW Including Cheonan Sajik District Redevelopment

HL D&I Hanra announced on the 14th that it has secured construction contracts totaling 440.5 billion KRW, including the Cheonan Sajik District redevelopment project.


On the previous day, HL D&I Hanra won the contract for the 'Cheonan Sajik District Redevelopment Project,' which involves building 815 apartment units and 89 officetel units with ancillary welfare facilities on a 26,552㎡ site at 55 Sajik-dong, Cheonan City. The building will have 5 basement floors and 39 above-ground floors.


The total construction cost is 289.5 billion KRW, with construction scheduled to begin in June 2026 and occupancy expected in July 2030.


The company stated, "This project is especially meaningful as it is the first redevelopment project we have won since launching our new apartment brand 'Epyt' in April, surpassing competitors in the bidding process."


HL D&I Hanra also secured a contract from Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) for the 'Gyeonggi Region Electric Supply Facility Power Tunnel Construction.' This project involves constructing an approximately 9.1 km long tunnel-type power duct from Yongdam-ri to Bukpo-ri in Yangseo-myeon, Yangpyeong-gun, Gyeonggi Province, to expand large-scale power supply in the metropolitan area.


The total construction cost is 201.4 billion KRW. HL D&I Hanra's contract amount corresponds to 75% of the total cost, amounting to 151 billion KRW.


The construction period is 36 months from the start date.
